Customer Agreement

Operated by InterSub Inc., a Delaware C Corporation

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the Tabit platform (“Tabit”, “Service”), operated by InterSub Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.

1. The Service

Tabit provides analytical insights into team dynamics, interaction patterns, and organizational structure, primarily for early-stage investment evaluation.

The Service analyzes teams as systems of interaction rather than isolated individuals and does not verify real-world identities.

2. Intended Use and Disclaimer

Tabit does not provide investment, legal, or employment advice. All outputs are analytical signals generated by interpretive, model-based analysis.

Outputs do not represent objective truth, factual statements, or guarantees of future outcomes and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment or business decisions.

3. Data, Roles, and Visibility

Users may submit information about companies, teams, roles, and interactions. The use of real names or personally identifiable information is not required.

Founders manage team inputs and role labels. Investors only see aggregated, role-based analytical outputs (e.g. “CTO”, “CMO”) and do not access raw individual-level data.

4. Ownership of Analytical Results

Ownership and retention of analytical results depend on who initiated and paid for the analysis:

Analytical outputs are derivative system results generated by Tabit and are distinct from raw input data.

5. Data Processing and Retention

Raw input data is retained only as necessary to operate the Service. Analytical results may be stored to allow users to revisit prior analyses.

Tabit does not sell personal data and processes information in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including its methodology, models, logic, and presentation, remain the exclusive property of InterSub Inc.

Service outputs may be used internally for business purposes but may not be publicly disclosed, marketed, or presented as standalone evaluations without prior written consent.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Early access may be offered free or with limited availability. Payments will be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including investment losses.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if this Agreement is violated or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
